  Maureen is a fabulous host , she makes you feel so welcome . The Chalet is stunning . Her breakfasts are excellent . Next time we are in southern Tassie we make the Chalet our home base . Location is only a short walk to the middle of historic Richmond

  Lovingly restored, beautiful,clean and well thought out accommodation.
  
  This hidden gem in Richmond is steeped in history , a short walk to the main street and comes with a gorgeous breakfast each morning.
  
  Maureens bubbly and warm personality is a winner and easy to see why Mulberry Cottage has such raving reviews.
  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Garden Cottage, we will be back Thank you!

  Lovely place with rich history. Stayed on 13 Feb and left on Valentine's Day. I'm so proud of the host persistence to restore this area. lovely and friendly host greeting you with a smile. Thank you so much Maureen..Although a pit stop for us to head to other parts of Tassie I would come back on my next visit. Best part => "please do no feel bad leaving your dishes to be washed as this is your holiday!!'

  Maureen is an amazing host ! We loved the
  accommodation . We highly recommend the place and also for everyone to visit Richmond.
  
  Only one night stay and we definitely hope to be back. The breakfast is also awesome :) thanks Maureen!

  Amazing...
  Maureen has created a beautifully quaint B&B. Nothing is too much trouble for Maureen, who exudes so much friendliness and local knowledge.
  The 'Garden Cottage' was a beautiful mix of 'ye olde world' and modern furniture with all modern amenities.
  Maureen's breakfast was a lovely touch, the blueberry pancakes were the best I've had, a must try.
  Love, love, love Mulberry Cottage!!!

  Excellent B&B. Friendly host, and the cottages are well set up and comfortable. Breakfaste is continental, but the banana crumble and the picklets are to die for!

  This cosy B&B is in a great location just a short walk from the main street in Richmond and the historical bridge. We stayed in the beautifully decorated Valley View Cottage which had a super comfortable bed and a good bathroom with luxurious rain shower. The cottage also had a small kitchenette and laundry facilities. We appreciated the thought that had gone into the extras in our cottage - fluffy towels, real leaf tea, real coffee and yummy biscuits. The continental breakfast was lovely - a good selection of cereals, fresh fruit and jams, juice, coffee, bread and lovely fluffy pancakes cooked by Maureen. Maureen and Robbie were wonderful hosts and run this B&B professionally with high attention to detail.
